SMOnline Operations Policy

StepMania Online / SMOnline is the system and community that is centralized around playing StepMania Online. The data and systems are currently located at www.stepmaniaonline.com.

This policy may change at any time without prior notice.

StepMania Online is a system in which users may play StepMania via the Internet in groups. SMOnline is not directly affiliated with the StepMania development team.

The SMOnline Administrator Group will attempt to maintain StepMania Online’s systems at the highest level of operation possible. In order to do this, we may periodically take systems offline in order to maximize operational status.

SMOnline is a public community. We cannot prevent individuals from posting harmful material. The administrators and moderators can choose, with discression, which information may be edited for the best intrest of StepmaniaOnline.com We cannot be held responsible for the material or actions of others.

SMOnline Administration makes no promises to the persistence of accounts, account data, any statistics tracked, posts, signatures, or any other persistent or semi-persistent data. Unless otherwise noted, we claim ownership of the data that is on our server so that we may delete, modify, or otherwise change without notice, or expressed reason any data that is put on our server.

The software and service is provided completely “as-is,” without warranty of any kind, expressly or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In no event shall the authors of StepMania, the Moderators or Administrators of StepMania online or any other users be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software, systems or dealings with StepMania Online.
